5★★★★★ - "My experiences with Emy Frazier KQ Environmental are all positive ones. I had her clean all the windows inside and out as well as doors. She dusted the baseboards and walls, vacuum cleaner the rugs and even shampooed the rugs. She cleaned the kitchen and bathroom and disinfected. We were never told no I can't do that. Instead we were asked how would you like me to do that? At first she cleaned every other week. After they cleaned the house and porch she came once a week for light cleaning . She asked what chemicals we wanted used and she included the cost in the hourly rate. At a meeting to see which rooms we wanted cleaned and what we wanted done we decided I could afford to have her work for us Emy is dependable reliable kind and courteous. She knows how to do what she says she can do. If she says she's gonna be there, she's there or 15 minutes or so early. I am pleased to say Emy is hard working and dedicated."
